Stories, Heritage, and the Moments That Shape Us
Irish Cultural Center
This five-session weekly series offers time, structure, and encouragement for writers who want to explore their personal stories, family history, or heritage. Each week, participants will respond to guided writing prompts, bring memories to life on the page, and receive support to keep going.

Memoir & Personal Essays

Have you ever had an urge to write about your life stories or thought-provoking experiences? What’s stopping you from writing? Many of us are hindered by time. During these five classes, we’ll write and read our stories and offer feedback and support to each other. Whether you’re new to writing or have unfinished work, this class provides the time and encouragement to get you writing.

Creative Writing & Memoir
Springfield Museums
Join a supportive group of writers in a welcoming space where we use prose and poetry to explore memoir writing and other genres. During this three-hour class, students write, share their work, and offer and receive supportive feedback. Writing prompts and readings are provided.
